Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Introduction At the Journal of Neuromorphic Intelligence, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our contributors, reviewers, and readers. This Privacy Statement outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information.
Information Collection Journal of Neuromorphic Intelligence collects personal information for submission processing, peer review, publication, and distribution of our journal. This may include names, affiliations, email addresses, and professional biographies of authors and reviewers.
Use of Information The information collected is used exclusively for the purposes of managing the submission, review, and publication processes of the journal. We do not use this information for any commercial purposes, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Protection and Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
Data Retention Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this statement and in accordance with our internal policies and applicable laws.
Your Rights Individuals whose data we hold have the right to access their data, request correction or deletion, and limit or object to the processing of their data.
Publication Fees: This journal is committed to open and accessible academic discourse. Accordingly, we do not charge any fees for manuscript submission, processing, or publication. All articles are published free of charge to promote the wide dissemination of knowledge.
Changes to This Statement We may update this privacy statement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
